Black Duck plans to perform scheduled maintenance on the Black Duck Registration Server on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
While the registration server is undergoing maintenance, Black Duck servers will not be able to register new systems or change registration keys.
This will not affect the ability scan projects.
Maintenance Window:
- 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET on November 12, 2026 (20:00 to 22:00 UTC) - Downtime is expected to be no more than two hours.
Products impacted by maintenance:
- Black Duck SCA both on-premise and Hosted (The registration page in the Black Duck SCA Administration may be temporarily unavailable and may return a 502 error.)
- Black Duck Protex (Updates will not be able to be installed during this period)
- Black Duck Code Center (Updates will not be able to be installed during this period)
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure system reliability, security, and compatibility with future enhancements.
